Dubai’s Creators HQ program has enrolled 2,415 content creators from 147 countries and attracted 78 companies from 24 nations since its launch in January 2025, according to official figures.
The participants collectively reach an online audience of nearly 2.5 billion followers, with the most represented countries including the United Kingdom, Pakistan, the United States, India, France, and Germany.

Launched by Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum alongside the US$40 million Content Creators Fund in 2024, the initiative is positioned as part of the UAE’s broader strategy to strengthen its role in the global content economy.
Officials highlight the program’s contribution to tourism, retail, and education, while also framing it as a hub for creativity, skills development, and purposeful content production.
Participants include a wide range of creators, from social media influencers to filmmakers and photographers, as well as companies specializing in production, content services, and creative tools. Together, they use the hub to engage audiences and support campaigns addressing social, cultural, and economic issues.
