Grenada recorded a 122 percent quarter-on-quarter increase in Citizenship by Investment (CBI) applications in Q3 2025, marking the first quarter since early 2024 in which the program received more files than it processed.
Alongside the growth in demand, the program generated EC$83 million in revenue in Q3, which reflects strong file values.
Average revenue per application reached US$342,000 in 2025, nearly 25 percent higher than in 2024, supporting overall financial performance despite processing slowdowns in August.
Year-to-date revenue now stands at EC$298 million, already surpassing the EC$282 million recorded in 2021.
Based on current data trends, 2025 ranks as the program’s third-strongest year on record.
Real estate continues to dominate CBI approvals, accounting for 70 percent of investments in 2025.
The remaining 30 percent comes from donations, with capital flowing across real estate purchases, National Transformation Fund (NTF) contributions, and program fees.
Nigerian nationals accounted for 15 percent of applications in 2025 up to Q3, making them the leading applicant group.
Chinese applicants ranked second, followed by Iraq, the United States, Egypt, and Pakistan.
