Saint Kitts and Nevis Secures Reciprocal Visa-Free Access with Nigeria

From August 4, 2025, citizens of Saint Kitts and Nevis can travel to Nigeria visa-free for short stays, following a reciprocal agreement between the two governments.

Saint Kitts and Nevis had already granted visa-free entry to Nigerian nationals. The new arrangement extends the same privilege to Kittitian and Nevisian citizens, marking a milestone in Africa–Caribbean relations.

Prime Minister Dr. Terrance Drew welcomed the decision as both symbolic and practical, emphasizing that it will foster stronger ties across the Atlantic and support cooperation in trade, investment, education, and tourism.

The move is expected to strengthen collaboration and reinforce the historic bond between Nigeria and Saint Kitts and Nevis.
