Mandatory Interviews & Enhanced Due Diligence Announced

The Commonwealth of Dominica Citizenship by Investment Unit (CBI Unit) has released two important updates effective 17th July, 2023. These are:

Mandatory interviews 

All applicants 16 years of age and above will undergo mandatory interviews. Fees, to be announced soon.

Enhanced due diligence

Enhanced due diligence for all Iranian applicants (citizens or domiciled) with new applicable fees.

The Republic of Iran is also now considered a specified country/region (S.R.O No.8 of 2023) under the CBI Program.

Enhanced due diligence applicable fees are as follows:

  1. US $25,000 for the main applicant
  2. US 15,000 for the spouse
  3. US 15,000 for each dependent 16 years of age and above
  4. US $10,000 for each dependent 12-15 years of age
